The Tea Association of Canada in conjunction with the Tea Association of the United States are proud to announce the 1st Annual North American Tea Conference. This premier event is not to be missed as it is the only North American Conference for the Tea Industry.
Business programs promise to provide an abundance of learning from current information on the state of the tea industry in producing and consuming countries; to retail and foodservice trends; and insight on the Specialty Tea market.
The many networking opportunities provide a chance to meet up with colleauges and include an international flavour attracting a diverse delegate base from across Canada, the USA, UK and producing countries including Argentina, Kenya, India and Sri Lanka.

Monday Night Cocktail Reception - Join us on September 20 at 6:30 PM for a formal welcome reception in the beautiful Hilton Hotel Atrium. Catch up with industry colleagues old and new.
The site of this year's "It's Time Fore Tee" golf tournament is Legends on the Niagara. This breathtaking natural setting is a one-of-a-kind golf complex, with 1,000 acres that boast two 18-hole championship courses that are in immaculate condition. Their remarkable golf courses will challenge and inspire all levels of golfers and their two fabulous courses are sure to make every shot a memorable one.
For those who prefer not to golf, an "Optional" tour has been arranged. Join other guests on a delightful tour of one Canada's finest Niagara Wineries including lunch, followed by a breathtaking view of the thundering falls from the swilling currents on the area's number one attraction -

Join the association Chairmen for a Reception and Dinner on September 21st. A sumptuous meal, great Niagara wines and even better company. Followed by the Hospitality Suite were guests are invited to an after dinner cocktail while prizes are awarded for the day's events.

Breakfast Briefing Session - Producer/Consumer Exchange
Lead by moderator John Snell, this open discussion session will centre around the trends and issues impacting tea producers. Discuss first hand those burning issues that while frustrate and add risk, ultimately lead to the beverage that makes your business tick.
Brian Keating, Sage Group - This action-packed session will unravel the complex North American specialty tea industry with a focused assessment of market catalysts and 'hot' opportuniTEAS.
Rick Winslow, Nielsen Canada - Rick will divulge comprehensive knowledge on the Canadian and US consumer based on his extensive understanding of what drives consumers.
Manuja Peiris, International Tea Committee - Manuja will provide a solid understanding of the Global Tea Industry, by highlighting production and consumption trends over the past five years and where the industry stands in respect to supply and demand.
Jeff Fuchs, Author, Explorer, Photographer - As the author of The Ancient Tea Horse Road which documents his 6000 km, 7 month journey through the Himalayas along Asia's legendary trade route Jeff's presentation will remind us of what binds us together - TEA!
